Top tips on how to prepare for your boudoir photoshoot.
When you’re all booked in I’ll send you my Lingerie Guide which is jam packed with lots of information on what types of lingerie is best suited to which body type.
Increase your water intake. Try to drink extra water all the way leading up to your shoot, it is AMAZING for your skin.
In the run up to your boudoir photoshoot please ensure that you use a good body scrub paying particular attention to your elbows and feet. Follow this up with a good body lotion.
Start STRETCHING before bed! I’m going to put you in bendy poses, and they’re easier to achieve if you’re properly stretched!
Please please please DO NOT fake tan especially last minute. Streaky tan marks, especially on the hands, makes for extra editing. Make sure any beauty treatments such as facials and waxing are done 3-5 days before your shoot. Ensure that your roots are coloured and nail colour isn’t chipped.
Another good tip is to come wearing no bra or socks with loose fitting clothes as this will avoid marks and lines on your skin. Also avoid alcohol the night before and get an early night so that you feel well rested.
Make sure that you try on your outfits and lingerie to make sure they fit properly; remove all tags and labels. If you have a favourite music playlist bring it along so that I can get my boudie dance on…..all will be revealed! If you want to bring some accessories please feel free!
