Bare faced boudoir photoshoot

Sophie, very kindly, modelled for me for some creative competitions that I have recently entered. So in return we collaborated on a shoot in a disused warehouse. Sophie actually asked if we could do it without having her hair done and no makeup. Hell to the yes!!!

So I had no idea what to expect and loved the prospect of challenging myself walking into a space that I just had to work with what was there. It was a storage area with lots of discarded boxes old furniture and even Sophie’s old riding saddle. My eyes lit up when I saw a random mattress in the corner. I dragged that over sharpish into the most delicious light but it was a bugger and kept changing every two minutes so I had to be on my A game!

When you meet someone on your wavelength you know you can push it a bit further creatively. I bloody loved this shoot it took me back to my foundation course in art at Manchester. An experimental art course that trained your mind to think outside the box.

Some women naturally shy away from the whole transformation shoot. They may feel too far from who they are and want a more natural approach. Even a light makeover can feel too much. Well have no fear we can go there and create bare faced magic!!

All images will still be fully edited whether you have makeup on or not. I’ve always got your back! I just don’t want you to feel pressured into having hair and makeup if you want to go for a fresh faced look. If you want something out of the ordinary too well I’m defo you’re girl!!!!
